Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Project Manager for New Product Introduction and Manufacturing, based in Wendell, NC with substantial onsite work in San Francisco, CA. The role leads cross-functional teams through early planning, design, and ramp-up to ensure safe, reliable, and timely manufacturing outcomes.

You will coordinate across R&D, product development, process and equipment engineering, and suppliers, managing timelines, budgets, risk, and governance while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years leading complex manufacturing projects, launches, or automation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across product development, process development, equipment engineering, suppliers, operations, quality, materials, and launch readiness.
• Strong data-driven decision making and communication.
• On-site availability in SF during critical phases; eligible to work legally in the US.
• Preferred PMP or willingness to obtain PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction launches from planning to ramp-up.
• Develop integrated launch plans across R&D, product development, engineering, and operations.
• Drive equipment and automation readiness including testing and integration.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
• Escalate high-impact issues and drive cross-functional issue resolution.
• Collaborate with operations and materials for staffing and logistics.
