Job summary

603 Manufacturing, a Trexon company in Hudson, NH, seeks a Process Engineer for NPI and test development. Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, test engineering, or NPI.
• Experience with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Experience creating manufacturing work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Excellent technical documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead introduction of new cable assemblies and electro-mechanical products into production.
• Review drawings, BOMs, schematics, and customer specifications.
• Develop repeatable, quality-focused manufacturing processes.
• Document first articles, lessons learned, and improvements.
• Identify tooling, fixturing, and equipment needs for new programs.
• Create and maintain work instructions, templates, and process controls.
• Develop electrical test procedures and CH2 test programs.
• Support IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 and space-related requirements.
