Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented engineer to execute NPI builds and ongoing factory activities. You will work with Hardware/Software teams to identify, track, and root-cause issues, ensuring firmware flashing is reliable for NPI builds.

Qualifications include a BS in CS or related field, deep knowledge of server components, and experience troubleshooting x86 systems. OS admin skills with Python and Linux are a bonus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or 3+ years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of server component architecture (motherboards, drives, RAM, CPUs, heatsinks, fans).
Experience troubleshooting x86-based systems (hardware/software).
Proficiency with OS administration; Python, RedHat, SuSE, Debian is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Execute NPI builds and day-to-day factory activities.
Drive technical issues to closure with Hardware/Software teams; identify, track, root-cause, resolve.
Ensure firmware flashing is reliable to support NPI builds.
Qualify bleeding-edge and firmware technologies at component and platform levels.
Collaborate with Hyve teams to resolve issues affecting NPI builds.
