Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN is seeking a New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III to support early-stage production work. You will operate development equipment, document process parameters, and help define procedures to enable swift product introductions.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a regulated environment, and the stamina to stand for extended periods. First shift: Mon-Thu 5:00 am–3:30 pm, onsite at the Plymouth facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom production assembly is a plus.
• Ability to use a microscope with good hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to work in a regulated environment and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate development equipment to assemble and process development products.
• Assist teams to define process procedures and parameters.
• Measure and record process parameters once established.
• Document entries in the Lot History Record accurately.
• Ensure labeling, SOPs, and material segregation meet GMP expectations.
