Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN seeking a New Product Introduction Pilot Operator for 1st shift. You will operate development equipment to assemble and process development products and support process definition with the team.

You will measure and record parameters, document Lot History Records, and ensure GMP-compliant labeling and material segregation. Requires a high school diploma; cleanroom experience preferred and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in cleanroom production assembly environment preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail in a regulated environment and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate development equipment to assemble and process development products.
• Assist development teams to define process procedures and parameters.
• Measure and record process parameters after establishment.
• Document all required entries in the Lot History Record and ensure labeling and segregation per SOPs.
