Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Product Engineer specializing in PCBA Manufacturing and DFM to drive end-to-end design for next-generation server and storage PCBs. You will collaborate with Hardware Design, Mechanical Eng, Test Eng, and global CM partners to ensure high-yield manufacturing processes and signal integrity.

Based in Santa Clara in-office, you will work across design, validation, and manufacturing to take products from early design to high-volume production, with competitive base salary and

Qualifications

• Experience with PCB fabrication, stack-up design, high-layer-count PCBs.
• Deep knowledge of SMT assembly and reflow.
• Experience reviewing Gerber, drill data, CAM tools.
• Experience with SPC, quality inspection techniques and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and supplier partners.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturability and signal integrity for high-speed PCBA.
• Define SMT/mixed-technology assembly processes with CM partners.
• Lead defect screening strategies (SPI/AOI/X-ray/ICT) and testing.
• Lead BOM reviews in PLM tools and manage revisions across projects.
