Qualifications

• > Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and design tools.
• > Familiarity with DOE methodology.
• > Ability to present technical information to technical personnel.
• > Demonstrated ability to collect accurate experimental data and perform basic analysis/plotting.
• > Basic understanding of robot machinery.
• > Full-time enrollment in accredited Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering or MSME (3+ years)

Responsibilities

• Design bump, package, and assembly process flow for new products using data analysis.
• Prepare design documentation and BOM for chip fabrication, backend wafer processes, and component assembly.
• Execute DoE experiments collecting characterization data to substantiate design decisions and mitigate risk.
• Support failure analysis and problem resolution in development or production.
