Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional mechanical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering issues.
• Manage and guide transition of NPI products into production.
• Design and validate testing fixtures.
• Provide DFM and DFA feedback.
• Review mechanical drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Perform mechanical stress, fit, and tolerance analyses.
• Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Support tooling and component design and inspection.
• Document and update SOPs and test plans.
• Bridge communication between design and production teams.
• Participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

Skills

Knowledge and experience with server, storage, and/or PC products

Familiarity with creating server assembly standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Skill in using measuring tools such as calipers and altimeters

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Creo/Pro‑E)

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
