Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional mechanical engineering experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering issues.
Manage and guide transition of NPI products into production.
Design and validate testing fixtures.
Provide DFM and DFA feedback.
Review mechanical drawings and specifications for accuracy.
Perform mechanical stress, fit, and tolerance analyses.
Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective actions.
Support tooling and component design and inspection.
Document and update SOPs and test plans.
Bridge communication between design and production teams.
Participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Skills
Knowledge and experience with server, storage, and/or PC products
Familiarity with creating server assembly standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Skill in using measuring tools such as calipers and altimeters
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Creo/Pro‑E)
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
