Zusammenfassung

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop new products, processes, and automation for OEMs and startups. You will leverage CAD tools, FEA analysis, and hands-on engineering to solve design and manufacturing challenges.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work with cross-disciplinary teams, participate in customer meetings, and support prototyping and process development with hands-on assembly and testing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical engineering or engineering technology.
• 3–5 years in engineering design with commercial or industrial equipment.
• 1–2 years CAD design with SolidWorks or Creo.
• Experience with CAD, FEA, FMEA, GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Ability to communicate project progress and findings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, welding, sheet metal).

Aufgaben

• Generate designs and drawings to meet specs, cost, quality, and delivery.
• Provide concepts and drawings in analog and digital formats.
• Perform engineering analysis to support design and process development.
• Support cross-disciplinary teams to solve product and process problems.
• Provide hands-on assembly and testing support for prototyping.
