• Strong knowledge of material planning, procurement, and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Forecast and communicate engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers
• Lead Materials Core Team and coordinate product development deliverables across buyers, planners, and production control
• Create, release and maintain new project materials strategy; negotiate supplier terms as needed
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through make-buy analysis and supplier negotiations
