Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a Supply Chain / NPI Materials Intern for our Longmont campus. You will support day-to-day NPI operations and gain exposure to the full supply chain lifecycle while contributing to AI-enabled process improvements.

Responsibilities include material readiness tracking, shortage monitoring, data analysis, and developing dashboards using Excel and BI tools. You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Factory teams to drive on-time material availability.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Interest in applying AI tools to real-world business problems.
Experience organizing and analyzing data in Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Support material readiness tracking for NPI builds.
Monitor shortages, excess, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for on-time material availability.
Analyze supply chain data and develop reports using Excel and BI tools.
Assist in AI-enabled Config Plan analytics and document business rules.
Identify improvement opportunities and develop dashboards or automation flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate material status and risks.
