Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introduction in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves developing, validating, and improving manufacturing and test processes for complex electromechanical products while collaborating with Design, Quality, and Operations teams.

The position requires hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE, and FMEA, plus the ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience with electromechanical systems and manufacturing process development.
Hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, test method validation, DOE, and FMEA.

Responsibilities

Support new product introduction and manufacturing process development.
Perform process characterization, equipment qualification, and validation activities.
Execute IQ/OQ/PQ, test method validation, DOE, and FMEA.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and test process issues and perform root cause investigations.
Interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
