Job summary
Crusoe is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering Leader in the Spark BU to bridge Spark Hardware Design with enterprise execution. You’ll own the hardware NPI framework, verify physical modules, and drive handoff to manufacturing, from concept through production.
You’ll equip Manufacturing and Supply Chain with clear baselines, documentation, and test criteria. You’ll collaborate across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Construction to align roadmaps with release readiness,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering.
- 10–15 years in hardware NPI or related program management.
- Experience with release authority and concept-to-transfer-to-manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ECO/ECN workflows in PLM.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Construction.
Responsibilities
- Own Spark hardware NPI framework from concept to launch.
- Define design release readiness and gate criteria.
- Deliver complete handoff packages including CAD, drawings, BOMs, FAT criteria.
- Plan FOAK validation campaigns and provide DFM insights.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Construction for scalable production.
