Job summary

Hexagon Mining is seeking an NPI Field Technician based near Miami, AZ, to install, program, repair, and maintain automated machinery on Hexagon products at our proving grounds. The role involves frequent travel and collaboration with the R&D team to validate new technology against customer objectives.

You will work on-site at the Hexagon Proving Grounds outside Miami, AZ, and travel to international sites as needed, ensuring safety programs are followed and documenting field changes and

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, configure, test, and maintain proving ground equipment.
• Travel domestically and internationally for installations and support.
• Assist R&D with integration of new technologies.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Hexagon technologies.
• Provide technical support to field technicians and prepare service reports.
• Maintain safety programs at proving grounds and ensure documentation.
• Read blueprints and specs for start-up preparations.
• Collaborate with team to improve NPI processes.
