Job summary

Crane Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an NPD Team Lead to drive technical product design and global NPD initiatives onsite five days a week. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Operations Research, or related field.
4 years designing and developing highly engineered products.
2 years managing projects, cross-functional teams, and using Creo or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead technical product design and global NPD initiatives.
Transform customer insights into value propositions and manage project funnels.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between offshore design and site teams.
Oversee product handoffs and sustainment with site engineering and operations teams.
Lead engineering test labs and agile prototyping efforts.
Provide status reporting and drive continuous improvement using proprietary tools.
