Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader, is seeking a Project Manager for Mercury Marine to drive new product launches in our Parts & Accessories portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams through development, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and successful commercialization from concept to launch.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, strong coordination across engineering, procurement, operations, marketing, and sales, plus experience with formal phase-gate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience managing programs through a formal phase-gate or structured product development process.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD programs end-to-end from concept through commercialization and launch.
• Own master project schedule, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Develop forecasts and steward resources across the portfolio.
• Provide clear direction to core teams and drive accountability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Marketing and more to align priorities.
• Schedule core team meetings, capture decisions and action items.
• Navigate Mercury P&A's phase-gate (COMPASS) process and prepare updates.
• Monitor progress and report performance to team and senior leadership.
• Manage risk, implement contingency plans, and communicate implications.
• Provide governance, KPIs, and executive visibility for programs.
