Avon seeks a Project Manager to support New Product Development, Change Management, and brand initiatives across North American Avon and Retail channels. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure clear communication from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes leading meetings, tracking milestones, and maintaining project data integrity in Smartsheet, with a focus on speed to market and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
• 5+ years of project management experience across multiple projects.
• Experience in Beauty or CPG industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and MS Office.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to navigate complex projects with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and dashboards in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Marketing, R&D, Sourcing, Planning, Creative, QA, SCM.
• Lead weekly project and category meetings to drive status and accountability.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
• Prepare and present status updates and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity in Smartsheet and project documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and speed to market.
• Foster effective communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
