Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead new product development from concept through launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, supply chain, marketing, regulatory, and quality, driving schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Job description

Location: Massachusetts (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Employment Type: 6+ Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from development through product launch.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Track milestones, tasks, and project progress.
• Coordinate teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Regulatory, and Quality.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and track mitigation plans.
• Support resource planning and allocation.
• Maintain project reports and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in new product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device or other regulated industry experience.
• Experience with Full Monte or similar schedule risk analysis tools.
• Familiarity with PLM and project management systems.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Pay Scale : Anticipated hourly pay range: $47/hr. - $52/hr on W2, depending on experience(DOE)
