Job summary

Kohler is seeking a New Product Development Project Leader in Bristol, PA to drive innovative product launches across global manufacturing sites. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor colleagues to accelerate time‑to‑market in a luxury design environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a product development related field and 2+ years of NPD experience, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a product development related discipline (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Industrial Design or Business).
• PMP certification desirable.
• 2+ years of increasing responsibility for NPD projects and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of moderate to very high complexity, risk and business impact.
• Provide structure and leadership for solving technically complex design and manufacturing challenges.
• Proactively identify and plan for project risks, communicating risk clearly to management.
• Manage outside design and development firms.
• Assist with portfolio timing, resource planning and budgeting.
• Mentor other project leaders and team members.
• Challenge project teams to achieve innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for organizational and process change.
• Lead brainstorming discussions.
