Robern is looking for a NPD Project Leader with exceptional project management and problem‑solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead new product development projects for our fast‑paced team. You will be joining a luxury brand that is committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.
The NPD Project Leader will be responsible for leading the execution of new product launches through worldwide manufacturing sites. Collaboration between cross‑functional team members including sourcing, supply chain, engineering, industrial design and marketing will be critical to the success of this role.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
