Job summary

This onsite role in Kohler, WI drives the New Product Schedule across engineering, design, marketing, and operations, coordinating resources and governance across regions.

The role requires strong PM experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex portfolios with senior leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a product development related discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in project and team management across technologies and processes.
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP) preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams through a defined NPD process, manage timelines and lifecycle.
• Communicate program status and risks to senior management.
• Coach teams to develop cross‑functional solutions and drive key decisions.
• Manage multiple programs with executive updates and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop budgets and guide cost targets for new products.
