Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a strategic program leader in Atlanta to direct cross-functional teams through end-to-end product development initiatives across the Kitchen business portfolio. In the PMO, you will optimize stage-gate governance and critical path scheduling to ensure on-time commercialization.

The role requires 3-5 years of project leadership, expertise in MS Project, Project Online, and SharePoint, and a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated project leadership experience guiding structured NPD programs.
• Experience with structured project management methodologies, critical path analysis, and MS Project / Project Online / SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through stage-gate NPD processes to achieve cost, scope, and timeline objectives.
• Build and manage standardized project schedules using MS Project with emphasis on critical path management.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and R&D to define project scope and track PMO KPIs for quality, budget, and milestones.
• Facilitate weekly governance meetings and post-launch evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
