Bennington Marine is seeking an NPD Program Manager to lead the Product Development Process across our portfolio. This role coordinates cross-functional teams from opportunity to production launch and post-launch review, ensuring PDP gates are met and milestones achieved.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, drive accountability in a matrix organization, manage complex programs, and balance strategic priorities with execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDP execution for all assigned product development programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Quality.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and governance materials for PDP approvals and major decisions.
• Track milestones, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure launch readiness.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to maintain scope, timing and cost.
