A global beauty brand that’s rewriting the rules of skincare is searching for a forward-thinking NPD Manager to bring its innovation pipeline to life. This trailblazing company is launching a premium skincare line powered by medical-grade ingredients, proprietary mineral SPF technology, and AI-driven diagnostics—and they need a product development leader who thrives at the intersection of science, sustainability, and creativity.

This pioneering brand is backed by cutting-edge scientific research and visionary founders with a mission to deliver intelligent skincare that protects and enhances skin health for all. From their breakthrough non-nano zinc oxide SPF to actives targeting ageing, acne, hyperpigmentation, and rosacea, this company is on a mission to redefine what effective, wearable skincare looks like. They're building a dynamic, diverse team committed to scientific integrity, innovation, and real-world impact.

As the NPD Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end development of new skincare products, especially within mineral SPF and active treatment categories. Your work will directly shape a launch that’s set to disrupt the beauty industry, collaborating across formulation, regulatory, marketing, and supply chain to bring high-performance products to market.

The Role:

• Drive all stages of product development from concept through to commercialization
• Formulate best-in-class skincare and SPF products rooted in cosmetic chemistry
• Translate trends, research, and clinical insights into breakthrough formulations
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and operations to ensure seamless product launches
• Lead ingredient sourcing and supplier management with an eye on sustainability
• Oversee product testing, stability, and safety compliance across SKUs

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in skincare or beauty formulation (mineral SPF a major plus)
• Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related discipline
• Deep knowledge of raw materials, regulations, and formulation science
• Project management pro who thrives under deadlines and cross-functional collaboration
• Passionate about product innovation with a strong consumer-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
