Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking an NPD Readiness Lead to ensure new products are fully service-ready before launch and across early-Life support.

You will bridge Product Development, Engineering, and Aftermarket teams to define diagnostics, documentation, training, and field readiness for successful launches. The role requires 5–8+ years in technical service environments, cross-functional collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical, engineering, or service-related field.
• 5–8+ years in Technical support, Field service, Product support or NPD environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product teams and Service operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service readiness for new product introductions.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Product, Support, Field teams.
• Define diagnostics and readiness criteria prior to launch.
• Ensure training content is ready and aligned to product functionality.
• Develop documentation and knowledge tools for service teams.
• Lead launch execution and monitor early-life support and issues.
