Generac seeks an Engineering Project Manager II to lead cross-functional teams for new product development, cost reduction, and lifecycle support of power equipment. You will coordinate schedules, define requirements, and manage risks across engineering, product management, service, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in engineering and product management, with strong leadership and process improvement skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of progressive work experience in engineering, project engineering, brand/product management of equipment or powered products.
• 5 years of project management experience in product development of industrial/commercial equipment or powered products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management leadership to teams for new product development projects including creating schedules and building product development plans.
• Integrate activities of cross-functional team members and translate requirements into project scope.
• Lead key project execution with engineering and product management for new product development or similar initiatives.
• Plan and manage multiple large, complex projects to meet schedule, cost, scope, and quality commitments.
• Identify and drive risk mitigation plans, contingency options, and continuous process improvements.
