Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible as NP or PA.
• Indiana RN license required.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Prescriptive Authority credentialing from Indiana Board of Nursing within 6 months.
• DEA registration eligible.

Location: Evansville, Indiana

Facility Name: Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Sleep Medicine

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 patient contact hours/week

Base salary: Salary model with highly competitive compensation driven by experience/specialty tier

CME: $2,500 annual allowance plus 5 dedicated days off for eligible conferences, travel, and licensure

• A typical day includes evaluating patients, diagnosing disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, and narcolepsy, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Drive clinical excellence by evaluating and caring for patients with acute and chronic respiratory illnesses, including asthma, COPD, and sleep disorders
• Enhance patient access through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans in a collaborative clinic setting

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
