Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Olympia, Washington. This full-time role (5 days/week) rounds in skilled nursing facilities, offering autonomy, strong support and training, and uncapped earning potential.

You will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, and participate in onboarding and mentorship programs to grow leadership within the market.

Qualifications

• Active WA NP or PA license with DEA registration.
• Post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic experience preferred but not required; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
