Spectrum Healthcare Services in Dallas, TX, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an orthopedic practice. You will perform comprehensive assessments, interpret imaging, and craft individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA license with at least 3 years in orthopedics or sports medicine, DEA registration, and BLS. This permanent, day-shift role offers a salary between $120,000 and $140,000 per year.

Competenze

• Active NP or PA license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of APP experience in orthopedics, orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, or a related specialty preferred.
• DEA registration required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required or preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic imaging and other tests to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, durable medical equipment (DME), and other treatments per clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in evaluation and management of orthopedic conditions.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, rehabilitation, and post-operative care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, imaging providers, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EHR.
