Required Qualifications

Education

• A graduate from anaccreditedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program

Certification/Licensure

• CurrentunrestrictedNP or PA licenseby the OregonState Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from the American Heart Association
• Must obtain andmaintainstaff membership and appropriate privileges
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid,andother federal health programs
• Must meet all qualifications toparticipateinthe hospital’sprograms for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
