SENTA Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support our ENT and Allergy clinics in the Charlotte area. The APP will perform case management, follow-up care, and patient communication under moderate supervision to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires licensure as an NP or PA-C in the state, a Master's degree, and experience in a clinical setting.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted NP/PA-C licensure in the state of practice.
• Master's degree required.
• Experience in ENT or Allergy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and follow-up histories.
• Perform focused head/neck/ENT physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear documentation.
