Job summary

Advanced ENT & Allergy, an affiliate of SENTA Partners, seeks an APP (NP or PA-C) to deliver high-level patient care within ENT and Allergy clinics. The APP provides case management, follow-up care, and clear patient communication under moderate supervision.

You will evaluate patients, manage follow-up plans, order tests, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes, including after-hours coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the practice state.
• Certification through an accredited NP or PA program.
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, preferably ENT or Allergy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including interval histories and follow-up assessments.
• Perform focused physical examinations of head, neck, ears, nose, throat, chest and skin as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear documentation and communication to patients.
• Prescribe medications within prescriptive authority.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as labs, radiology, CT scans, and audiograms.
• Assist in managing immunotherapy reactions and seek physician consultation for more severe cases.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians for consultation, in person or by phone.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage from home with physician backup.
