This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Qualifications

• NP or PA must have an active license.
• At least 2 years of post-certification experience is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities or emergency roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff.
• Complete timely documentation within 24 hours.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings.

Skills

Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience

Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU/SICU

Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology

Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
