Responsibilities include developing treatment plans and managing conditions, with autonomy supported by physician consults.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience.
• Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Documentation within 24-48 hours for diagnostics and medications.
• Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions.
