Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Arizona NP & RN or PA license.
• Current DEA certification.
• CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Commitment to community health and underserved populations.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Educate patients and families about health
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up within a collaborative care team.
