Job summary

Salud Family Health in Brighton, CO is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver clinic-based care within a collaborative, team-oriented model. You will take patient histories, perform physical assessments, and contribute to comprehensive care plans under Salud’s mission.

The position offers a starting salary of $98,100 to $131,850 per year, plus relocation assistance up to $5,000, robust benefits, paid time off, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Graduated or graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Take histories and perform physical assessments.
• Conduct routine clinic operations in a team-based care fashion.
• Provide patient education and self-management support.
• Participate in coordinated care to improve patient outcomes.
