Qualifications

• Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments.
• Support patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
