Responsibilities

• Take health histories and perform physical exams and health education.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests with physician approval.
• Diagnose, formulate and carry out treatment plans; prescribe medications per state license.
• Refer complex cases to supervising physician promptly.
• Provide emergency care to prevent loss of life, limb, or eyesight.
• Support clinic operations and policy implementation.
