Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join the Orthopedic and Hand Surgery team at Platte Valley Hospital and clinics in Brighton, CO. You will work 40 hours weekly with rotating on-call shifts, supporting a multidisciplinary care model among 3 DPMs, 5 MDs, and 5 APPs.

Full-time role with sign-on incentive of $10,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500; orthopedic rotation preferred for new grads. Colorado license or ability to obtain one required.

• New Grads are welcome to apply with the requirement of having successfully completed an orthopedic rotation.
• Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one.

About This Role

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Orthopedic and Hand Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will work alongside a well-established group of 3 DPMs, 5 MDs and 5 APPs caring for patients at Platte Valley Hospital, Platte Valley Medical Group Orthopedics Clinic and the East Crossroads Clinic.

You can also anticipate

• Working full time, 40 hours/week with rotating call shifts (more information about shifts and schedule will be discussed further in an interview)
• Call requirements include 5-6 days per month where you will work alongside different orthopedic providers
• 2-3 days in Clinic, 1-2 OR Days and In Office Procedures
• Having a multidisciplinary approach to providing care and enjoy working in a team setting
• This position includes a sign on incentive of $10,000 and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance, if applicable
• The ideal candidate will have an orthopedics and/or hand surgery background but is not required

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
