Qualificações

• Active U.S. license and board certification in relevant AP roles (NP/PA).
• Facility-based practice in SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to work with a collaborative clinical team and autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounding and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and address acute/emergent issues.
• Communicate with facility staff via secure messaging or phone.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
