Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with a physician for clinical decision-making, case management and performance evaluation.

The NP will provide advanced nursing care, perform exams, order tests, develop treatment plans and prescribe therapies as appropriate. This full-time role supports the Cardiovascular Services team at Wheeler Heart & Vascular with day shifts, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing.
• Experience: No prior experience required; Preferred: 1-2 years.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; Able to work independently and collaboratively; Proficient computer skills.
