Jackson Physician Search is seeking an experienced APP for an attractive Austin, TX outpatient primary care position. The role blends urgent care and family practice with minimal on-call requirements and weekend rotations.

The clinic offers a guaranteed $60–$65 per hour, plus a 25% commission potential; APPs in this practice have earned $300K+. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, CME and malpractice coverage.

Job description

Well-established primary care clinic with multiple providers, both physicians and APPs, are welcoming a new APP.

Primary Care Outpatient practice on a 4-day work week with very minimal on-call (via phone) Mix of urgent care and family practice; at least two 11a-7p shifts. Weekend shift rotations required. Typically one to two per month; Saturday’s are 9a-5p and Sundays 12p-5p. Well equipped office includes X-ray, ultrasound, Bone density, ABI, and full pharmacy Guaranteed period of $60-65/hr. leading to 25% commission practice. APPs have made $300K+ in this practice. Full benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, CME, malpractice
