Qualifications

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active Texas NP license or in process.
• Two years of primary care experience, or one year urgent care plus one year primary care.
• Primary care experience must be within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care from pediatric through geriatric patients.
• Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits.
• Maintain built-in admin time and collaborate with a supportive team.
