Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Austin primary care clinic for an APP. The outpatient practice features a four-day work week with very minimal on-call and a mix of urgent care and family medicine.

Weekend rotations are required, typically one to two per month, with Saturdays 9a-5p and Sundays 12p-5p. The compensation package starts at 60–65 USD per hour with a 25% commission potential; full benefits include medical, dental, vision, CME and malpractice

Qualifications

• Past primary care practice experience as an APP required.
• No new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide APP services in outpatient primary care.
• Fulfill weekend rotation requirements (1–2 per month; Sat 9a–5p; Sun 12p–5p).

Job Overview

Well-established primary care clinic with multiple providers, both physicians and APPs, are welcoming a new APP.

• Primary Care Outpatient practice on a 4-day work week with very minimal on-call (via phone)
• Mix of urgent care and family practice; at least two 11a-7p shifts.
• Weekend shift rotations required. Typically one to two per month; Saturday's are 9a-5p and Sundays 12p-5p.
• Well equipped office includes X-ray, ultrasound, Bone density, ABI, and full pharmacy

Benefits & Compensation

• Guaranteed period of $60-65/hr. leading to 25% commission practice. APPs have made $300K+ in this practice.
