MyStethi, LLC in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. This outpatient role provides comprehensive primary care and supports obstetrical needs within a collaborative care model.

You will perform wellness exams, manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate referrals, order labs and imaging, and educate patients on prevention and healthy living while maintaining thorough EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred.
• Obstetrical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan.
• Perform wellness exams, routine screenings, and follow‑up visits.
• Manage common primary care conditions and coordinate specialty referrals as needed.
• Support obstetrical patients as part of a collaborative care team.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
