Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management.
• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team in San Marcos, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of patient needs and building long-term relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
