Job summary
Nice Healthcare is a technology-enabled, home-based primary care clinic that treats patients in their homes with in-person or virtual visits. An NP-led team drives compassionate, high-quality care across the patient wellness journey.
The NP will work DAY shifts (8:30am–5:30pm MST), on a 0.8375 FTE basis (4 days/week) with a rotating weekend schedule. This role involves travel to patient sites and collaboration with an integrated care team.
Qualifications
- Master's in Nursing required.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- National certification (ANCC/AANP) required.
- Unrestricted license for practicing state required.
- Ability to lift 30 lb occasionally.
- Must own insured vehicle & valid driver's license.
- Background check upon offer.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and virtual patient care.
- Submit referrals based on patient needs.
- Coordinate with integrated care team including mental health and physical therapy.
- Travel to patient homes and clinics as needed.
- Contribute to Nice Healthcare's mission and patient experience.
