Job summary

Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) for post-acute and skilled nursing care in Illinois. The role offers a salary up to $145K per year plus uncapped bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

As a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, you will diagnose, treat, and guide patients to better health with training and mentorship available for all experience levels.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NP license or be eligible to obtain.
• All experience levels welcome; training and mentorship provided.
• Strong interest in geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform NP assessments in a skilled nursing facility.
