This flexible 1099 contractor role allows you to set your own hours (8am–8pm, 7 days). Earn between $660 and $990 per day, plus mileage reimbursement and a $25 no-show payment; coverage extends across three counties.
Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in New Jersey.
- Home Health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients in home settings.
- Review medical history and social environment to identify care gaps and improve care quality.
