Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking independent contractor NPs to perform in-home health assessments across multiple plans. You’ll pre-schedule visits, complete standardized forms, and bill per assessment, with no treatment plans involved.

New grads are welcome and you determine your days, hours, and monthly volume. The role includes travel-eligible assignments, malpractice coverage, and a flexible, contractor-based structure.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in your state.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours per month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial plans.
• Submit forms after each visit; no treatment plans or follow-ups.
